The Big Brother Naija, Season 3 reality TV show tagged “Double Wahala” was launched in style today as 20 housemates were revealed and ushered into the house by show’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
The housemates will be competing for N45m and an SUV over the next 12 weeks.
Here are the housemates and a few things you need to know about them.
“I relate better to pictures than I do words” when asked why she loves Instagram so much. She claims that her worst trait is also her best trait, she talks a lot.
2. Chinonso (Nina) from Owerri
Nina has no regrets and is in a relationship but will kiss someone “if asked to kiss.” Being small she doesn’t like big guys, preferring tall thin guys with six packs.
She has no secrets, “those who know, know.”
3. Kelvin aka, K-Brule, 23 years old.
K.Brule says he is easily distracted by romance and regrets not finishing university the most. He will go all the way to win but “I won’t eat cockroaches.”
This “gentle giant” says he has a bad temper but would never kill anyone. He is a serene person who loves to go to the beach, make music and go clubbing and dancing to techno and Davido.

5. Alex, going to be 22, says she is a trouble maker
She feels her weird hair and fashion sense will make her stand out. Being evicted for no reason is her biggest fear. Being small, she doesn’t like short guys and won’t have sex in the House. Her turnoffs are ugly toenails, mouth and people who pick their nose.
6. Dee One says he is a comedian
This comedian would make the Housemates “crack a joke” if he was Biggie for a day. In a committed relationship, he won’t cross any boundaries and won’t “have an affair” in the House
7. Princess Onyejekwe, 25 years old, PR manager from Enugu state
Princess loves her sleep and she likes to be honest. Although she says she is in a relationship, “you never know, so maybe.” She says that she is an open book but her strategy is to “watch and observe.” She wants a healthy dose of double happiness.
8. Miracle Igbokwe Ikechukwu is a pilot and model and also has a dancing crew, hip hop.
This single Ajepako doesn’t like people who “ain’t real” and says people tend to open up to him. He’s willing to do almost anything to win but won’t do more than kiss. Ladies, he loves braids.
25 years old, TV presenter
Growing up as the middle child of five siblings, Ahneeka has developed a love for unrest: she promised to eliminate “all things dull” by disturbing everyone in the House whilst having bucket loads of fun. Ahneeka’s biggest feat is of landing a media job despite her engineering background. She says her family is freaked out about her participation yet are fully supportive of her.
Born in lagos, 28 years old, freelancer in acting and singing.
Actress and singer Oluwabamike “Bambam” Olawunmi joins the House secretly from her family. A native of Ogun state, Bambam confessed that binge-watching movies, playing badminton and singing were here favourite pastimes. She attended film school, which was a way to overcome her parents divorce. BamBam’s spirit-animal is the black panther because it has “good massage skills”.

11. Ricco Swavey
Even if he had a million dollars Rico Swavey would be in the House “just to catch the waves”. He said he exploded of joy when he got his first big acting gig, and shared that he was a lion at heart, a protector who likes to stand up for the oppressed. When Rico Swavey is not busy charming ladies, he enjoys swimming and singing. Rico’s parents and seven siblings are happy and supportive
What will you be bringing into the BB House: I’m a very easy person to like
What will you do with the prize money: Help my cousin who has autism, invest in my music – I have a new sound called ‘Afrosantana’ and also give back to all those that stood up for me when things were difficult
What irritates you most in other people: I don’t like lies.
The youngest of four siblings, Bitto most painful memory was losing his mum at an early age. He expects his family to be shocked but very supportive of him. He will miss Sylvia his best friend and girlfriend the most. If he was an animal, Bitto says he would be a camel for there is no stroke that can break his back. Bitto’s hobbies include traveling, taking pictures, music and movies.
31 years old, a filmmaker, owns a tech company, working on a phone.
Angel Awotarigha is a filmmaker and music lover from Bayelsa state who often gets mistaken for a famous Nigerian personality. He enjoys martial arts, swimming, playing the guitar and video games.
Working with an American rapper is a highlight of Angel’s career. One of ten children, Angel lost his mum a year ago and his family is strongly rallied behind him. Angel describes himself as passionate, and keeping his fiery and emotional nature under wraps may be a challenge in the House.
14. Ifu Ennada,
from Abia State, actress, business broker.
Work hard play hard Ifu Ennada is a work hard – play hard self-made woman who remembers the feeling of making her first millions. She cites her hobbies as drinking Mojitos, partying, karaoke and online shopping. Ifu Ennada admit she’ll miss her phone as she likes to “reply to people on social media”.
What will you be bringing into the BB House: raw, unfiltered honesty, a lot of fun, I’m always the life of the party
What will you do with the prize money: I have some scripts I have written – I want to make films, I also want to build a fitness brand, I also want to go into hair business, also charity
What irritates you most in other people: I don’t like bullies and nosey people
24 years old, a fashion designer.
This single beauty says she will never be anyone’s second wife and is quick to speak her mind. She hates lies and has no regrets, “you cannot hide from your shadow” she says. Will she have a relationship in the House? “Two can play that game.”
“I’m a business man” says Leo when asked how far he will go in the game. He doesn’t like lies and his biggest fear is “being pushed out of an aeroplane without a parachute.” He’s a stickler for hygiene and hates bad body odour.
Confident Cee-C says that she is leaving behind the naïve her. She hates people who are domineering and will go as far as the game permits. She considers herself Ajebako and loves Instagram because “all the nice girls are there.”
Born in America, Anto always wanted to be a dancer but it was not to be. She says that she will go far enough but doesn’t want to upset her mother. Drinking is something she won’t do in the House and is just going to “be myself, people like me.”
He’s good with accents but will never be caught wearing pink spandex. Having had a tough childhood, he respects boundaries but doesn’t like people who “step on other people’s heads to get ahead.”
This fun loving Investment Banker and Photographer doesn’t like fake and disrespectful people. His biggest fear is liking a girl but she doesn’t like him back. His strategy is just to be himself and have fun.
