Yesterday, Amber Rose joined the emoji business by launching Muvamoji which has more than 900 icons.

“I’m so excited to finally launch my own emoji app!” The model said in an interview. “After months and months of work it’s finally ready for the world to see.”

I wanted to include enough content to appeal to everyone; not just my fans,” she continued, adding, “The Moji team and I have come up with over 900 icons we are initially launching with and plan to update it regularly by adding more content each week.”

Some of the icons include a nurse with a rubber glove which seems to reference her famous diss at Kanye West during that Twitter feud. While she is being congratulated for this new feat, a new controversy has reared its head from fans who accused her of copying Kim Kardashian’s Kimoji.

Recall that the reality TV star launched her own Kimoji app three months ago, and now people feel Rose’s is a rip off of Kim’s app.

According to TMZ, Amber Rose’s source say they have been receiving messages from people who claim that Muvamoji is too similar.

TMZ said:

“Sources close to Amber tell TMZ she and Kim have a ton of mutual friends … and Amber’s phone has been blowing up all morning about the release of her new MuvaMoji app. We’re told everyone can see a ton of similarities, if not exact copies, between several of the images.”

But Jezebel refutes that claim. “While both emoji apps include each woman’s face and big butts in thongs, it seems that the major similarities stop there,” Jezebel said.

Well, for Amber Rose, she has refused to directly address that claim. Instead, she just retweeted a report that confirmed that her emoji is currently No. 1 on iTunes.

What do you think?
