Hip-hop mogul Dr. Dre has reportedly been released from hospital after suffering a brain aneurysm.
He reportedly went home on Friday, January 15, after being kept at Cedars-Sinai’s intensive care unit for 11 days.
According to reports, the doctors do not know how he suffered the suspected aneurysm in the first place after he was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Dre has earlier confirmed to fans that he was in a hospital as he updated them about his sickness while thanking them for their support.
“Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes,” he wrote.
“I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon.”
Dr. Dre will continue to receive medical treatment and care from his medical teams as he recovers at home.
